What are the RG apparatus that are used?

Rope
The rope is used in the same way as a jumping rope, but it is used to perform various exercises, such as wrapping the body around it while performing a series of beautiful bends.
During the competition, the rope is used to combine light steps and dynamic jumps, but if the rope is distorted or stretched on the floor, it doesn't look good.

Hoop
Everyone probably remembers the hullahoop from their childhood. The RG hoop is very similar to the hullahop. With this equipment you can perform dynamic and very spectacular movements.
The key is the timing of the throw and the catch. The flexible technique that accompanies the movements requires a high level of concentration and a lot of practice. One of the most spectacular techniques, for example, is when the hoop is passed through the whole body, or when the hoop itself is caught through the body. Balls
The essence of the movements performed with the ball RG is femininity. As the ball gently rolls, the gymnast's body follows. It is perhaps one of the most difficult RG tools, as the competitor has to concentrate on two clubs at the same time. This is particularly difficult because it requires total concentration to coordinate the time and rhythm of the throws, and to keep track of the agents while the competitor is spinning and moving.
